The craziest part about this isn’t the Lambo or Ferrari whizzing by at 140, as much as it’s the notion of driving in the slow lane, moving over to pass the car in front of you using the passing lane, and then moving back into the slow lane.  I miss Euro driving.  American drivers suck.
